Old machines recover high production efficiency by EBC, EL, jacquard and gauge conversion. 

There are many old machines may have life more than 20years or longer, because of old system, spare part, electronic components, it’s performance can’t match expected production capacity. The only way to solve the problem is to replace old parts and convert electronic components of state-of -the-art. 
In general, the production efficiency can be improved significantly by 20% after converting to EBC and EL, more patterns available and the cloth surface is cleaner due to less let-off stop, furthermore, the digital management can be achieved through contacting the machine with external WIFI port. 
There are mainly three kinds of conversion, EBC conversion, EL conversion and gauge conversion.
