Guide Needle

Guide needle, commonly known as eye needle, one of the main looping parts of the "Warp Knitting Machine". A thin sheet of steel with a guide hole that guides the warp yarn around the knitting needle and pads the warp yarn to the knitting needle. In order to facilitate installation, each guide needle is often cast in a certain length of the seat with the same distance as the machine number, and then a certain number of seat pieces are fixed into a comb. The size of the guide pin hole through which the warp yarn passes is related to the diameter of the yarn processed. Different warp knitting machines need to choose different types of guide needles.
